VEGAN ALMOND COCONUT BALLS

NO-BAKE VEGAN ALMOND COCONUT BALLS

Ingredients (16-18 balls):
– 200g pitted dried dates, chopped
– 1 very ripe banana
– 100g coconut flour
– 100g ground almonds
– pinch of sea salt
– 2 tbs almond butter (or coconut mousse)
– 2-3 tbs agave nectar
For rolling:

– unsweetened cocoa powder and coconut flakes

Method:
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped and incorporated.
Take a large tablespoon of the mixture, press and mould into a ball.
Roll each ball in cocoa powder or coconut flakes and let them chill in the fridge for at least one hour before eating.
